Who it’s for

For the firm that gets paid when the scaffold goes up.

LL11 facade GCs

Superstructures, Rand, Sardar, MGR, Keystone

The UNSAFE cohort is a focused scoping list. Each row carries the FISP and permit facts, owner-of-record, and public contact channels when available.

LL97 / energy audit firms

RAND, Bright Power, EN-POWER

A FISP UNSAFE filing is a buying event for retrofit scoping, and facade and energy audits often share a client. Lead with one trigger, cross-sell the rest.

Building insurance underwriters

Travelers, Berkshire, Liberty Mutual

An open UNSAFE filing is a direct facade-liability signal. You want it flagged at renewal, not six months after a sidewalk-shed-collapse claim.

How it works

From a DOB filing to the owner on record and a report to name them.

  1. 1Flag

    Pull every non-safe filing

We ingest FISP compliance filings on weekdays and surface UNSAFE, SWARMP, and No-Report BBLs across the five boroughs.

  2. 2Filter

    Keep only the open work

We anti-join recorded DOB permits to flag buildings without a matching remedial permit on file. Permit data is evidence, not proof that no work is under way.

  3. 3Pierce

    Find the owner on record

Each BBL is traced to owner-of-record through ACRIS and HPD officer records, then corroborated by our AI agents against the open web and press, every link cited to its source.

  4. 4Rank

    Sort by who pays first

The list comes ranked by penalty exposure, days overdue, and open class-C count, so your BD team starts with the buildings most likely to sign.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

How fresh is the FISP data?
We ingest FISP compliance filings from NYC Open Data on weekdays. Every row carries a current-status field and a last-update timestamp, and UNSAFE / SWARMP / No-Report are derived from it.
How is this different from PropertyShark?
PropertyShark surfaces FISP filings but typically shows the LLC owner-of-record without piercing to the officer. We name the officer behind the LLC when the public record supports it, with a business address, and we cross-reference DOB permits to filter out buildings already under remediation, so you don’t waste a call.
What’s the coverage?
All five NYC boroughs. The FISP universe is buildings over six stories under LL11/1998. We trace each BBL to current owner-of-record via PLUTO, ACRIS, and HPD officer records.
Can I redistribute the list to my team?
Product access is for the subscribing organization’s internal use. A list with subcontractor redistribution rights requires an explicit custom contract — talk to sales.
