Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 31, 2026
Notice: DeedGraph was previously known as Parcel (and earlier as OwnerIntel). The operating entity, data practices, and your rights under these terms remain unchanged.
1. Introduction
NEXARLABS LTD (“we”, “us”, “our”), company number 16703034, registered at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, operates DeedGraph, a building intelligence data service for commercial real estate professionals. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our website and services.
NEXARLABS LTD is registered in England and Wales and with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
2. Information We Collect
When you interact with DeedGraph, we may collect the following information:
- Contact information: Your name, email address, company name, and building type preferences, provided through our lead request form.
- Payment information: Processed by Stripe. We never store your card details.
- Usage data: Page views and interactions, collected through Vercel Analytics. No cookies are used for analytics.
- Communication records: Messages and emails exchanged between you and our team regarding orders or inquiries.
We do not collect sensitive personal data, and we do not collect information from individuals under 16.
3. Information We Source From Public Records
DeedGraph builds building intelligence from public records: recorded deeds and mortgages (ACRIS), Department of Buildings and HPD filings, tax and assessment rolls, and similar government datasets. Some of these records name the people and companies tied to a property, such as a signatory on a deed or a contact on a permit.
Where we show a name, role, firm, or business email next to a building, that is business-context professional information drawn from these public sources or from business directories. We process it under our legitimate interest (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f)) in helping real estate professionals understand who controls a building, weighed against the rights of the people named. This is the same legal basis that business contact services such as Apollo and ZoomInfo rely on.
Public records lag reality, so we describe ownership and control in hedged terms (for example, “appears to control per public records”). If you are named in our data and want it corrected or removed, you can object at any time. Use our data removal request form or email hello@deedgraph.com. We act on verified requests promptly.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use your information for the following purposes:
- To deliver requested lead data and samples.
- To communicate with you about your requests, orders, and account.
- To improve our website and services.

6. Third-Party Services
We use a limited number of third-party services to operate DeedGraph:
